I've been wanting to make a Vilis, Broker of Blood Deck since the card first got spoiled. However, I didn't have a definite idea of what I wanted other than "Draw cards, lose life" and I thought that was a bad game plan.

I've gone through a few iterations of what I want this deck to do and I believe i've settled on a pretty good list.

It has a few infinite combo's that require multiple cards. However, due to the ability to draw my entire deck and have almost limitless mana, this isn't really an issue.

Earliest i've had this deck go off is turn 3, but the Average is 6-8.

It's not a super competitive deck, but I believe it's super fun to play. Due to Quarantine, i've not had much actual testing yet, but I believe the list will still work.
