This deck originally started out with with Niv-Mizzet, Parun at the helm, but then Veyran came out and broke it even more, so step aside Niv, theres a new toy on the block.

This deck is chock full of ridiculous cards that end up either cause plenty of infinite triggers, a huge chunk of damage, or things that honestly shouldn't be allowed, but apparently are. So lets start with the main attraction: Accidentally Playing 543,652 copies of Opt.

But how, you may ask, as you can only have one Opt in the deck? Introducing, Thousand-Year Storm , The only card that gives every instant or sorcery Storm! or at least, Storm how it was probably intended. But guess what? ITS STILL BROKEN!!! So Veyran doubles cast triggers for permanents you control, and TYS is probably the best thing that it can possibly copy. Throw in a Helm of the Host if this doesn't get out of hand enough for you, or you actually enjoy suffering. Not enough copies for you? Twinning Staff , Swarm Intelligence exist. Not only are they there for consistency, but also because Staff is a permanent +1 to copies created, and Swarm is just the B-Class TYS. Don't have time for big mana enchantments yet? Teach by Example is here just for you! Feeling a little frisky? If you have Twinning Staff out, Narset's Reversal can easily create an infinite amount of not only itself, but something else as well. Just remember, with infinite power comes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever!!! Just don't forget to ask your friends if they want a Bonus Round of shenanigans.

Now that we've gotten the infinity combo out of the way, lets move on to card draw. You'll learn that cards are actually quite scary. Especially when you have a bunch of them. Hopefully casting Spiraling Embers for lethal at least 20-30 times will help your friends realize that your life itself has spiraled out of control, and hopefully they will light a Flare for you to show you the nearest therapy office. If your friends need help realizing cards are scary too, meet Cerebral Vortex . By the way, just incase you need a quick way of figuring out how much damage does pshhhh uhhh I dont know... 37 copies of Cerebral Vortex do exactly? Dont worry, I did that work for you!!! (See Bottom) The only other card draw cards I really have to explain their inclusion is Dig Through Time , Lat-Nam's Legacy , and Lunar Mystic . For Dig Through Time, with enough copies you do put your entire library into your hand. Sadly, if you're not putting the rest of your library in your hand, or your friends won't just let you tutor the amount of cards your supposed to put into your hand, you do have to go through each copy that you do end up playing. Hopefully around resolution 10, they'll let you. Who knows. Lat-Nam is purely for lowering your hand size because you have accidentally decided to cast a draw spell and suddenly you realize you can't draw the amount you need to. Just hope you win this turn, as you'll draw twice the amount you shuffle back in at the next upkeep. Finally, Lunar Mystic. why not Archmage Emeritus ? Well, Those are forced draws. You have to draw those cards, and if you can't, you lose. But Laboratory Maniac exists... Yes, well, your entire turn is a stack resolution away from winning, or losing. and while there are ways of cheating out creatures in this deck, its more added fluff that I personally didn't want to handle. Plus, wheres the fun in winning because you say you do, when you can prove you win.

Couple of mana rock, nothing too crazy there, some tutors, a few counterspells, and thats about it! Anything below this is more nitty gritty, "My friends want to fight me over the rules of how things work, therefore I've come prepared."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For the cards, Hazoret's Undying Fury , Epic Experiment , Sunbird's Invocation and, Reinterpret , You cheat spells out with little to no repercussions. What do I mean by that? Players cannot receive while a spell is resolving. All triggered abilities that trigger during a spells resolution wait to be placed on the stack. Therefore: If the cards above don't get countered, the cards that are cast during the resolution cannot be countered as they are being cast as part of the spells resolution. Effects like the new Ward on Adrix and Nev are bypassed, as they are triggered, though effects like Callaphe, Beloved of the Sea still apply as they are an additional cost.
405.5 When all players pass in succession, the top (last-added) spell or ability on the stack resolves. If the stack is empty when all players pass, the current step or phase ends and the next begins.
and
603.3 Once an ability has triggered, its controller puts it on the stack as an object that’s not a card the next time a player would receive priority. The ability becomes the topmost object on the stack. It has the text of the ability that created it, and no other characteristics. It remains on the stack until it’s countered, it resolves, a rule causes it to be removed from the stack, or an effect moves it elsewhere.
For some reason i cant get the link system to work so here is Cerebral Vortex Cheatsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eppZeX65ZDxwgNt1qWWiNVx3bz9TbE3-_p8Ge-PLea4/edit?usp=sharing
WARNING!!! This deck is better on paper, (literally and metaphorically) I did a test run of it on MTGO and it has the potential of adding too many things to the stack at once, and then causing the game to think there's an infinite loop when there isn't.
If any other unique interactions arise, I'll add them down here as well.
