This is my personal list to switch up the Prismari Performance decklist from Zaffai to Veyran, Voice of Duality . I've swapped 25 cards over, and apart from Jeska's Will and Mana Drain , which I already own, I managed to keep the budget pretty low.

The win condition in this deck is pretty much the same as it was in the original deck, just easier to accomplish. We storm out using any number of rituals and cantrips, then either take them down with Ignite Memories or going nuts with Rionya, Fire Dancer and either Diluvian Primordial or Dazzling Sphinx . Other than that, you just spend a couple turns twiddling your thumbs drawing cards and setting up for your big win.
