A 1 or Less power tribal Monowhite PDH Deck.

It looks like I'm the first one to do this commander, so this deck uses a lot of powerful creatures who only have 1 or 0 printed toughness, and uses Vesperlark to reanimate them when necessary. The deck isn't all that powerful, although its neat, mostly because of monowhite in general being weak as well as a lack of strong flicker effects to take advantage of at the common level.
