I first misread Verazol and thought it would enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter for each color of mana spent on it. But it's actually for each mana. So yeah, commander tax also counts towards that and so I've tried to create a fun build with lots of kicker spells in it. Other spells that put counters on my commander and the occasional removal (lots of artifact/enchantment in my meta). All in all, I think a nice attempt. Let's see how it plays out.
