Another relatively cheap, fun and effective deck.

Simple premise: discard and/or cast Dragon's Approach to cast Velomachus Lorehold, casting Draconic Intervention or another Approach on the turn he comes in and attack.

Thrilling Discovery is the MVP here, allowing you to discard 2 Approaches for massive benefits.

Draconic Intervention deals with small creatures and can hit for 3 (exiling an Approach, Inspiration, or Pyre), sparing your Magmatic Channeler. I rely on Introduction to Annihilation for larger creatures. You can also creature wipe for 5 with it and Draconic.

Suggestions welcome.

Edit: added Igneous Inspiration for some extra creature removal (remember: you can also discard cards with Learn, very useful with Approach) and added some useful lessons in sideboard.

Edit 25/09: added Cathartic Pyre, removed Tormenting Voice. Faithful Mending is also good, but I reckon I need more removal. This deck is slow. Also, let's talk about Test of Talents. This card singlehandedly ruins this deck, for obvious reasons... The solution: get 4 of your own! And counter his.
