Hi! I'm a newbie in Magic, so I can be wrong. Could you review my deck and help me to improve it? I'll be glad if you could suggest cards from Dominaria (I bought a lot) or budget cards from previous sets.

Modification of Vehicle Rush precon deck (https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/challenger-decks-lists-2018-02-23#vehicle_rush).

I removed the most useless cards, and added a couple of planeswalkers and replace "strangelands" with basic lands.

Sideboard thoughts (need help too. Am I right?): Show

VS Control:

• No comments:

-> 4 Unlicensed Disintegration

<- 4 Duress

• Against control decks, we play longer, so have a lot of lands, much more lands we can get after Settle the Wreckage, so this card became the good choice for final burn

-> 1 Lightning Strike

VS Monored:

• Just more effective removal

-> 4 Lightning Strike

<- 2 Chandra's Defeat

• clean up their graveyard

• Some strong creatures-finishers, I'm thinking to add one of them, but can't choose which to add and which to remove

• also thinking about Vicious Offering for the sideboard to kill Hazoret, Gideon, when he is a creature, and other indestructible creatures, but there isn't place in the sideboard

• and I want to buy Angrath, the Flame-Chained or Huatli, Warrior Poet. They are cheap, won't be rotated this autumn, has nice abilities and can help to crew the Heart. Is it worth it? Or Chandra, Bold Pyromancer (I already have her)?
