This is deck contains only commons in the 99. Like pauper, cards need to have been printed at least once as common rarity.

This deck wants to get low cost evasive and protected creatures on board (in the target category), like fog of gnats. Then toss a super low cost, high power creature in the graveyard for Varolz’s ability on that creature. Like Barrow Goal, 2 mana for 4 +1/+1 counters on a flying regenerating creature ain’t bad.

Tortured existence really rocks in this deck, and everything else is pretty self explanatory.

I love being creative with decks by giving myself a limiting challenge. Not the most powerful deck in my collection, but this was one of the most fun decks i’ve built.
