Varina Zombie Tribal

The main selling point of Varina vs other zombie tribal commanders such as Thraximundar , or Gisa and Geralf is her access to , which in turn gives her much better removal for both artifacts and enchantments. In addition to this, she has no need to run under powered self mill mill effects because her loot effect is so strong. Finally, she can be more aggressive with her life total since she can gain it right back with a single swing.

For this build, I opted not to run some of the more powerful cards like Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, or any of the Oblivion ring effects in order to stay more on the 'Tribal' theme. However, they are better choices for this deck if you are willing to deviate slightly. In addition to these ommisions, there are also a few embalm card worth looking into such as Aven Wind Guide , Angel of Sanctions , Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun , Vizier of Many Faces , Champion of Wits , & Dreamstealer.
