Before we go any further, I have a question. You can use any commander deck for this, but look at the commander of the deck and tell me, what type of music/what bands would they listen to, if they were here in the modern era? Feel free to comment the answer. For this deck, I can see Varchild enjoying power metal bands with a darker tone (ie: Powerwolf), heavy metal, thrash metal or hard rock. What about your commanders?

Varchild in EDH. I made a Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor deck before, and this is me making it, but I have access to ALL THE CARDS! Fun fact: Survivor is a creature type. Which means if a creature gains all creature types until end of turn, sac Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor and steal the creature forever!
