Gimmick/Deck Limitation: Make a "Vampire-Tribal" deck with as few vampires as possible. Use mostly humans.

Olivia, Mobilized for War... I love this Commander, I love the Secret Lair art, and I love the idea behind how she works. I decided I wanted to fully lean into her ability and make a thematic Commander deck: Converting humans into vampires.

Using only about five vampires, the rest of the deck is humans, and I use Olivia's ability to convert them into vampires with haste and a +1/+1 counter on them. To fully take advantage of that ability I had to put a lot of ways to keep drawing cards, or at least returning cards to my hand.

So, here is the deck tech. Lemme know your thoughts and suggestions please! And remember: Please don't recommend vampires unless they will fit the theme well.
