An attempt to make a Heroic deck on a very restricted budget because well, first of all i dont want to spend a fortune on cards and second besides a couple of possible improvements the optimal cards for this setup are not really expensive.

I have been testing this deck on MtgO for a week now and i get to win 3 out 4 matches.
