Stoneforge mystic unbanned hype train, switched the deck up from a narset heavy noncreature list, to one that is wanting to slam a Stoneforge Mystic and protect her with cards that can also kind of carry a blade.

With the meta I'm kind of predicting near me I may almost want mainboard Naturalize effects as before the main decks I faced were urza foundry and eldrazi tron, Stoneforge Mystic may also push many of the jund players who couldn't play their grindy deck during hoggak and heavy graveyard focus a chance to shine, but also a chance to just be abzan.

TLDR: Surgical Extraction very nice! Passives on planeswalkers hard to remember for all around.

Round 1: Eldrazi Tron 1-2 game 1 got pounded games 2 and 3 were grindy, all came down to who was beating with what in the end. Pithing Needle possible sideboard card to better survive in the future.

Round 2: 4 color Urza foundry 2-1 Lost game 1 to base sword foundry value engine. Games 2 and 3 won due to Surgical Extraction tearing apart his threats, and he never actually drew a single urza (during one surgical found 3 of them together).

Round 3: Elf Ball (hoofless, likely budget) 2-0 Game 1 got beat down to 1 but controlled the game (took over half the round time). Game 2 Supreme Verdict stopped all of his momentum . both games he struggled to get black mana (had zero swamps, though think he'll run 1 from now on)

Round 4: Hoggak 2-0 Surgical tore up both games, but game 1 we both discovered Faithless Looting isn't great when narset is on board, we caught it a bit late and the judge nearby followed the ruling that he'd randomly put 2 cards back on top his deck then discard his other two. Game 2 an early surgical on his lootings and many exile removal spells on anything that moved opened for ashiok and jace to take over entirely.
