I love Urza as a commander. I never cared much for playing blue in MTG, but this is different.

This is my first attempt at an Urza deck that is "budget"(still pricey, I know, but it isn't thousands of dollars) that can stand its own in tournaments/ cEDH. This is also my first deck I've built on TappedOut.

Any tips, advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Suggested cards should be below $100 so as to maintain a lower budget.
