This is a Urza, Lord High Artificer cEDH deck with the main wincon being generating infinite mana (which will allow you to play your entire deck with Urza's third ability) or infinite draw and then win with any combination of cards in the deck.

The main way of making infinite mana is Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter and at least three mana among non-land permanents (which in this deck should be incredibly easy to assemble). The deck contains several tutors for this combo. With infinite mana Urza can exile and play our entire deck.

The main backup combo is Grim Monolith + Power Artifact .

The deck also runs a stax package containing Winter Orb and Static Orb . Winter Orb and Static Orb work extremely well with Urza, as he can tap them just before our own upkeep so we can untap all our permanents while our opponents can't. The deck also runs Back to Basics as it is mono blue.

The deck also contains Future Sight and Mystic Forge , both of which combo with either Etherium Sculptor or Sai, Master Thoptorist and Sensei's Divining Top for infinite draw.
