Here’s my take on Uril:

Make him big/ indestructible/ unblockable, or whatever you can make him to kill with combat damage, or-

There is aggravated assault/ seize the day combined with bear umbra for repeated/ infinite combat steps.

Then there is also Siona, with shielded by faith to win the game as well with infinite tokens.

Use replenish/ mantle of the ancients/ hall of heliod’s generosity to bring all your stuff back!

All the while using the enchantments to ramp or draw into your win conditions.
