Uril, Destroyer of Worlds

Voltron strategies in commander always peaked my interest as a fun way to play the game. Uril, the Miststalker is a powerful, oldschool commander, capable of ending opponents very quickly. Uril has built in hexproof making him hard to remove once he is in play and benefits from being enchanted by Aura cards. Because Uril is in {W}{R}{G} colors, he has access to "Enchantress" effects like Enchantress's Presence and Argothian Enchantress.

The Game Plan

I built Uril to be very linear; ramp into Uril and enchantress effects, suit him up with various low costing Auras, attack the opponent, repeat. Enchantress effects keep the hand stocked with protection spells, removal, and allow you chain auras onto Uril. Mayael's Aria acts as a secondary wincon if it becomes too difficult to win through attacking.

Double Masters 2022 Reprint!

As a side note it makes me so happy to see Uril get his first reprint ever in the Double Masters 2022 set. He has been one of my favorite commanders since I began playing EDH and I hope to see more people try him out in the future!
