This is a mass-reanimator deck that seeks to use Scion of the Ur Dragon to fill the bin with as many dragons as possible, then use one of four mass reanimation spells to bring everything back at once. The kill comes either from swinging with a bunch of dragons for massive damage, using Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund to grant haste, or through huge amounts of burn through Scourge of Valkas. Getting the ultimate off on Sarkhan Unbroken can also serve as a wincon in games where Ur Scion is denied.

Taigam, Ojutai Master is useful for protecting your dragons and reanimation while it's on the stack. Nesting Dragon and Dragon Broodmother are both useful for generating longer-term dragon value, while Lathliss, Dragon Queen and Utvara Hellkite both help end things quicker with your Scourge of Valkas triggers: Lathliss does so immediately upon coming out with your other dragons, and Utvara Hellkite when you turn them all sideways. It's entirely possible to drop everything on the table, swing, and kill everyone before any of your dragons get the chance to deal combat damage.
