A Modern port of Legacy's Omni Show.

The goal is to Reweave on a Hatching Plans to dump an Omniscience into play. From there, you can draw your entire library.

Remand, Lightning Bolt, Crack the Earth, and Cryptic Command help buy you time to build up a mana base and find Hatching Plans and Reweave. The alternate win condition is to Reweave a Faerie Conclave to just put Emrakul, the Aeons Torn into play. Remember, Reweave is an instant, so dumping the Spaghetti Monster into play can be done on your opponent's end step.

How the loop works:

We want to have only Hatching Plans, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, and Reweave/Crack the Earth left in our library. To do so, you have to thin the deck out by trying to get as many things as possible in your hand, without putting too many things into the graveyard.

Hatching Plans plus any way to get it into the graveyard will put 2 cards in the graveyard, while putting 3 into your hand. Reweave on Hatching Plans -> hit another copy of Hatching Plans -> repeat is the best way to go about this. Splicing Reweave onto another arcane spell will speed up this process, since it makes the cards you draw vs. the cards put into the graveyard essentially Ancestral Recall.

Once your library is running low, cast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to 1) take another turn if needed and 2) shuffle your graveyard into your library.

If you're going for option 2, you'll need preferably Hatching Plans and a sac outlet ready to go. Murmurs from Beyond, Serum Visions, and Peer Through Depths are backup. Remember: we're trying to thin out our library and these cards simply 1-for-1 in those terms.

Once all of the lands and 1-in-grave-1-in-hand cards are drawn and you have nothing but Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Hatching Plans, and sac outlets, you can take infinite turns, cast infinite spells, and draw infinite cards. We don't even need to attack with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn because we can just cycle Lightning Bolts. Chains of Crack the Earth and Cryptic Command to remove permanents can leave your opponent with an empty board. With your infinite turns, you can also then just kill them with 2/1 Faerie Conclaves.

The sideboard has mostly aggro removal. This deck is slow and durdly. We need ways to interact with Zoo, Collected Company, Infect, Affinity, etc. Pyroclasm, Anger of the Gods, and AEtherize help stabilize post-board.

Dispel, Negate, and Counterflux are tools for dealing with control and combo.

Molten Rain (this really should be a Blood Moon) stops Tron and can also be brought in against control to further put them behind. It also stops problematic manlands or utility lands.

Strange Inversion is not only an arcane spell to splice Reweave onto, it also hates on Spellskite.

Shatterstorm and Shattering Spree are general artifact hate cards. They're there to force the opponent into cracking their Relic of Progenitus, Tormod's Crypt, or blowing up a Grafdigger's Cage.

Aura Barbs is for Boggles. Kill their man -> make them take a bunch of damage -> burn them to death with Lightning Bolts and Faerie Conclave.

Other sideboard options include transforming into Blue Moon (via Spreading Seas, Blood Moon, and Vedalkin Shackles) or Sneak n' Breach (2 additional copies of Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and 4 Through the Breach). Both these methods get around Rest in Peace/Leyline of the Void.

If you decide to splash green, you can also board into Scapeshift.

Adding other colors

White: Gives us Ethereal Haze, Spiritual Visit, Faith's Reward (hilarious interaction with Hatching Plans),Nikko-Onna (for Rest in Peace), and Path to Exile.

Green: Search for Tomorrow, Farseek, Prismatic Omen with Fist of Suns, Loam Dweller, sideboard cards (Thragtusk, Thrun, the Last Troll, Ancient Grudge, Wear Away, etc.), Utopia Sprawl (another target for Reweave and helps lead to infinite mana via Psychic Puppetry and Toils of Night and Day once the loop is going), and, probably the best reason to play a 3rd. color, Dryad Arbor. End of turn -> crack Misty Rainforest -> Dryad Arbor -> Reweave -> untap -> swing with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

Black: Footsteps of the Goryo, Goryo's Vengeance, sideboard cards, Dark Petition, or being the first person to ever win via Death of a Thousand Stings.
