I'm on a quest to find the right Golgari deck for me, and I've been encouraged to give Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis a try - so it has the first shot. I heavily leveraged a friend's (more competitive) list as a starting point, and then backed off some of the combos, tutors and other accelerants to make it a more 6-7 power level deck.

There are still a few notable card interactions in this version:

1. Necrotic Ooze on the battlefield with Walking Ballista and Phyrexian Devourer in the graveyard should be able to ping the table to death in most cases, but it isn't infinite -- it is limited by the remaining cards in library

2. Korozda Guildmage, Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis and Phyrexian Altar make infinite saproling tokens

Still, the main focus of the deck is just commander beats. The 'Gaak just keeps coming back.
