Sometimes knowing when to quit is good

My dream started right as Innistrad started to leave standard. I wanted the RWB Aristocrat deck to live in modern. After a year's worth of failed brew, I moved into a jund-orientated midrange deck but we couldn't be fast enough. I think it's time to devote ourselves to a future of pox control. It may not be my list but I'll do my best to perfect it with your help.

What is the point of this deck?

Resource denial at it's finest. We are going to grind our opponent to the ground so bad they'll want to quit before it's over.
