A tale of high seafaring adventure featuring the unlikely duo of Livio and Thrasios. Livio, sworn to his oath to protect all, spends his time saving any creatures he deems worthy, then bringing them back later on once the danger has passed, while Thrasios uses the seas to sneak by enemy defenses and gather intelligence and resources to plan their next move.

In other words, you use Livio either to flicker things or, more preferably, storing things away to keep safe and use another time (such as a Deadeye Navigator or something that is a wincon) and Thrasios draws you cards and ramps. Ideally you just play Bant goodstuff until you can get an infinite mana combo and win with Thrasios drawing your deck and either winning through Thassa's Oracle or Eternal Witness loops.
