This deck is built around using Umori, the Collector's powerful ability to reduce the cost of planeswalkers by 1 mana. Unfortunately, in order to do that we need to run no non-land, non-planeswalker cards but we're not gonna let that stop us.

In order to run Umori as our companion our commander must be a planeswalker that contains BG. This means our general must be Windgrace. Conveniently he is a good fit as general for the deck since he can flexibly ramp or draw, things our deck struggles to do reliably. Since so few planeswalkers are under 4 mana, we are running quite a few lands to make sure we don't screw. This conveniently helps fuel Windgrace. The lack of cheap planeswalkers also means we are not hit as hard by the companion nerf, since we would often be unable to play anything on turn 3 anyway. This is a 3 color deck with very few spells that ramp or fix, and most that do are over 3 mana, so having a solid manabase that can consistently hit 3 colors is very important.

The deck is both prohibitively expensive and astoundingly bad, so if you decide to try the deck I have to recommend proxying and a very casual playgroup.
