Hanna Ship's Navigator with no preference over artifacts or enchantments. A lot of cards have multiple functions, and don't need the commander to function. Instead of pillowfort, the deck uses hard control elements saying 'no!' to interaction with your board state. Lots of removal and effects stapled to permanents that can be recurred. There is also a minor trinket theme in the deck, with Codex Shredder and Claws of Gix being major players.
