Made this for a friend, based around flickering your big dragons with ETB effects, after reanimating bladewing and using him to get loads of dragons in. Karrthus is important as well for his combo with the velis vels cards and others.

As the name suggests this is supposed to be budget, although it costs more than most edh decks I make im fairly happy overall with how it turned out
