Death by a thousand cuts. Here's how.

• Night Market Lookout, Servant of Tymaret and Goblin Medics all hurt the opponent when they tap (or untap, which is almost the same thing, just a little slower). Attacking is the cheapest way to tap your own creatures, because you're allowed to do it for free once a turn. But they're all weak as attackers, so we need other ways to tap them safely.
• But before that, Firebrand Archer and Thermo-Alchemist will ping every time you cast one of the 16 noncreature spells.
• Similarly, Zephyr Scribe can help you sift through your deck for the cards you need, but it costs a . It will also reset whenever, and like the Firebrand Archer it's a good target for the enchantments, because otherwise it does nothing really.
• TAPPERS: Quicksilver Dagger, Prophetic Ravings, Mobile Garrison, Holdout Settlement, Survivors' Encampment.
• Use Quicksilver Dagger and Mobile Garrison to deal damage while tapping your creatures.
• Use Holdout Settlement and Survivors' Encampment to filter not-useful mana into useful mana, while tapping your creatures. Remember you don't need to spend the mana, so you can use these just to generate taps=damage.
• Use Quicksilver Dagger (again), Prophetic Ravings and Zephyr Scribe to draw cards, yes, while tapping your creatures. Refocus will also draw you a card, but it untaps a creature, instead.
• UNTAPPERS: Refocus, Dramatic Reversal Mobile Garrison.
• Refocus and Dramatic Reversal will untap creatures for you, allowing you to get extra uses out of your pingers.
• Mobile Garrison not only lets you tap creatures to "crew" it, but if you attack with it, it will also _un_tap something for you. If you're afraid of one of your opponent's blockers, try to soften it up with damage from Goblin Medics before swinging to possibly deter the block.

Special Note: I chose Goblin Medics over Spireside Infiltrator because the goblin can target creatures with its ability, and not just opponents. If you play more multiplayer than 1v1, however, the Infiltrator will hit multiple opponents at the same time, every time, just like all the other creatures in this deck. Something to consider, possibly.
