I want to preface this with it being my first deck ever and being brand new to MTG with limited cards.

This is what I've currently built with the design of getting board tempo and massing surveils to cycle my deck effectively and boost creature damage.

It needs to be polished alot as I do not have full sets of alot of the cards im using but hoping im going in the right direction

Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated keeping in mind that this is for Paper and limited budget.
