I saw a video on Youtube, with no decklist available, I had to draft up my own version instead.

This seems to be the deck that could support Ice-Fang Coatl the most, as a Baleful Strix -alike. The flash is useful here as a reactive blocker in leiu of countermagic, and could tie into a possible Mystic Snake / Frilled Mystic / Nightpack Ambusher Plan I'm pondering about.

These cards are 4 mana, too, so they line up well with ramping via Growth Spiral , especially as we mostly skip the 3 mana slot with the exception of sideboards, where our gameplan of turn 2 Spiral is not as relevant.

With Reclamation, we can utilise unusually expensive instant-speed boardwipes like Evacuation and Cyclonic Rift .

Engulf the Shore is another possibility for this effect, but with so many 0 mana 4/4s, 8/8s, and 2 mana 5/6s, it's unlikely.
