First things first, you have several options for enchantments to mill. You have to decide on whether you want to draw trigger or spell trigger your opponent to death depending on their deck. If your opponant uses too many creatures, side in as many counter spells as you can and spell trigger them. If you can keep the creatures under check without too much of an issue then you will want draw triggers. Eventually you will be triggering 3 to 5 enchantments per draw while drawing 2 to 5 times per turn. Always want to keep 2 islands open for counter spelling or faking your opponent into believing you have a counter spell on hand.
