This untested but built deck is based around casting cost exploitation centered around Eldritch Evolution. With Allosaurus Rider (7cc) it is possible to use EE to find Blazing Archon or Spirit of the Night (9cc). It is also possible to curve Birds of Paradise into Elvish Spirit Guide/Eternal Witness (3cc) into EE for Goblin Dark-Dwellers (5cc) which automatically recasts EE from the graveyard into Rune-Scarred Demon (7cc) which tutors another EE back to hand for next turn into a 9cc guy. Distended Mindbender (8cc) can emerge with 4 mana from one of the 3-drops. Any of the 8cc or 9cc guys can be EE for Progenitus (10cc). Bring to Light tutors and plays EE from the deck and can be regrown afterwards.

I would love any comments or suggestions. One thing I was thinking of was Torrential Gearhulk, but he's 6cc therefore not easy to get with EE. If you use Dark-Dwellers to get him, the EE is exiled already.
