Dude i play johria for months now and tezz the seeker isnt good to suspend by the time he comes off u could just cast him and u dont have any good artifacts to get besides for top. plus with 200+ dollar cards like mana drain in ur deck ur gonna attract a lot of hate from the whole table trust me i have a friend who plays broken cards and everyone just gets mad and gangs up on him u need to be political. plus with blood moon u should play more basics

I just got the last card to finish the deck.

Not for nothing, but isn't Blood Moon kinda counterproductive to what you have? I mean, you only have 7 Islands if you play it.

April 3, 2013 11:16 p.m.

+1'd since you use Jokulhaups though

Stormtide Leviathan maybe? Time Stretch would help as well

Stormtide just got cut. He didnt end the game when he came down., time stretch is good but all the win cons need to win the game post wrath, and all it does is make some land drops. Thanks for the help though

Blood moon is back breaking for the multicolor decks. so it is worth running. that being said, I have had to make some changes to the deck list so that I am able to run it. I would only be running like 4 islands, but i needed all 7, I cut arid mesa and darksteel citadel for blue fetches. so that you can grab an island pre moon. also I added chrome mox for blue mana. top and map also help alot in the search for a blue source. so all total there are 12 sources.

Blood Moon really belongs solely in a mono-red deck. It screws up too many multi-colored decks, even the 2 color decks find trouble. I'd replace it with Wild Guess or similar draw power IMO

Blood Moon is amazing, and i have played over 800 games with this deck and have only "lost" to my own blood moon like 3 times.

Up to you, I find that unless you're a mono-red guy that that card actually hurts more than helps.

the blue sources for blood moon only matter when it comes down before the general, if the general lands first all you need is colorless mana and you can cast everything in the list. also, there are much better cards then wild guess to play in its place if it wasnt one of the most powerful cards in the list.

from what you said (it screws over far to many decks) it is clear that you understand how good it is. if i land a blood moon and i prepared for it. the other player might not have and now he is dead. there are few cards that are that powerful. turn one blood moon is one of the best things the deck can do.

April 5, 2013 5:59 p.m.

The best way to screw someone over entirely is to have Blood Moon + Caged Sun + Jokulhaups and use General damage for victory. Not quite practical here I think lol

Or just do what the deck is supposed to do and suspend a land wrath and a fatty

I'm starting to see why this commander is called "Jhoira of the LOLtu"

Here are some rules for Win Con Suggestions. It has to win the game post wrath (Blatant Thievery ) , It has to actually win (Time Stretch ), no other cards are needed with it (Omniscience ),

Cards that have been already ruled include Stormtide Leviathan as well as the cards listed above

Reins of Power

Cyclonic Rift <-- absolutely necessary, especially with Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur in fact I have a deck like that: Progress, sorry for the triple post, I want to win though :)

I ran my jhoira deck the other day with the newly added Ixidron . I couldn't draw any win cons or card draw it was hugely annoying, this guy flipped everyones stuff over and shut the whole table down so I could find stuff and win :-) might be helpful to you but looking at your list it is the classis jhoira suspend a fatty and land wrath.win.dec so it probs won't be a good for you. If however you do sometimes go past turn 2 he might be useful to you. also Wipe Away and Trickbind for when someone can win and you can't stop them with bounce or counter spells :-)

Desertion is really good, it's a counterspell combined with a rise from the grave/mind control. It's a little expensive but in EDH it's easy enough to reach and how satisfying will it be to steal that fatty mayael just dropped in!
