I was able to make this Mono-B EDH Legal, as mentioned by Grind in the comments. Thanks for that, I over look these things at times! but now i gotta find a good Proliferate for B hmmm... I am looking forward to obtaining those Cards Gbeail , they look great!
as for the other changes, the Ikoria Release blessed me with Showcase versions of the Insatiable Hemophage & Cavern Whisperer. There is also a Grindclock that was added to really bring out the H A T E!
Please, keep the advise coming along; I would love to make this deck even better

Unfortunately tezzerret's gambit is not legal in mono black commander.
I would check out Ambition's Cost or Ancient Craving to run instead.
Also Cabal Stronghold would be great in here if you can find a copy.
