I can't resist building Mardu decks, this one of course is centered around Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt and mutate. As many cards as possible feature cats and/or creatures that appear to have triangle ears. Even the Massacre Wurm has triangle ears.

My partner and I are the sort that will usually buy a box to share when a set is released (sometimes two each if the set seems really cool or interesting) as well as random packs occasionally. We both really enjoy building decks from random cards that we get or trade between us. The very first draft of this deck was almost entirely from Ikoria, a set that I enjoyed way more than I thought I would. Some changes while shopping among my collection were made, though most of the cards still came from sets released around the time of Ikoria like from Theros Beyond Death and Mystery Booster since we'd just moved at the time and those were the most easily accessible.

I don't expect this deck to change much aside from things like land upgrades and whatnot unless more cards with mutate get printed. One of few changes made thus far has been the addition of Killian, Ink Duelist who reduces the cost of mutate abilities (not specifically, but including).
