Pauper Dredge? I think yes. The goal is pretty simple, fill your yard with dredge and Satyr Wayfinder , gain massive amounts of life with Gnaw to the Bone (I actually view this as a kind of wincon, if we resolve 2-3 our opponent simply isn't coming back), and then swarm our opponents with a never ending swarm of bodies.
