The plan is basically red pain; Torbran is a simple dwarf and likes to share. Buncha red hurt everyone cards with amplification for everyone else but Torbran. What's not to love? Isochron Scepter with snow lands for the (likely temporary) mana fix. A few wheels and artifacts to round things out.
