This deck was designed to minimize hate from opponents in a multiplayer format. Being mono-Blue, it usually raises some hackles at the table. To smooth things over politically, it includes several group-draw cards (e.g. Jace Beleren , Howling Mine , Kami of the Crescent Moon ) but takes a little more for itself in the form of card filtering via the Tomorrow mechanic.

Its main win condition is Omniscience . It tries to survive long enough via flickering EtB effects, counter magic, and opponent disinterest to resolve that 10 CMC beast, hopefully with a stacked and expanded hand in place (via Spellbook or Reliquary Tower ).
