Hey, think about how you can get more value out of Teysa with the token strategy?

I'll give you four card examples within the budget to mull over:

• Doomed Traveler : dies ability.
• Ministrant of Obligation : dies ability.
• Luminarch Ascension : repeatable source of tokens.
• Spawning Pit : sac outlet, repeatable source of tokens.

multimedia Thanks for the suggestions! I just recently threw this deck together with original Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim as the commander with tokens still in mind. I would love more suggestions but this is a budget deck the only proxies are Demonic Tutor and The Immortal Sun . I haven't even thought of cards that interact with Teysa Karlov first ability only really for life-link tokens with vigilance.

Hmm if this is in a budget...

1) Hidden Stockpile - repeatable token generation

2) White Sun's Zenith - a great mana dump; very good in the mid and late game

Also, I noticed you have very little interaction

1) Swords to Plowshares - is probably whites best removal spell definitely pick one up :)

2) Disenchant - lots of pesky stax cards can get in the way of your token army; most decks try to have some way to deal with em. Granted, Anguished Unmaking and Vindicate are just better I'm not really sure what your price point is on a card.

RNR_Gaming I have both White Sun's Zenith and Swords to Plowshares I just don't know what I should remove from my current deck to add them in! Also, Hidden Stockpile is something i'll definitely have to add along with Spawning Pit . Both Vindicate and Anguished Unmaking are great cards but they are out of my budget but if I could trade with anyone at my local magic shop for these cards i'll be sure to look out for them!

That's the way to go about it! I love trading into decks. Feels so much better than buying.

No one has mentioned Anointed Procession yet have they? Invaluable in token decks with white if you ask me. Even old Teysa, Orzhov Scion could be very useful. She can sacrifice three white creatures to exile a creature of your choice, whenever a black creature you control dies, you get a 1/1 white flying Spirit and if your Commander is out or Anointed, you double that amount for each.

Absolutely, Teysa, Orzhov Scion does not care (for either ability) what type of creature it is as long as it contains the color specified. If a white/black creature dies, you get a white spirit. I have a hard time changing my commander from Teysa, Orzhov Scion to the new Teysa Karlov. The Scion I have been using for almost 10 years and provides too much control for me to give it up. I still run Karlov because she's a beast too.
Since zombie tokens still hit the graveyard (and then fizzle from existence afterwards) upon destruction, they count for Scion's triggered ability.

Sorry for double comment but wanted to also recommend Maw of the Obzedat which has won me plenty of games. Great when you generate tons of tokens especially with Storm Herd or Army of the Damned . And if you have Teysa, Orzhov Scion + Teysa Karlov with or without Anointed Procession ? You've won the game with 4-5 cards without going infinite. Example, if you had Army and those 4 other cards you could have 20 32/32 Zombies and if they die in combat you'll get 4 Spirits in their place.

squadcarxmar Thanks for the advice these card idea are great for this deck! the cards I really want are defiantly going to be Anointed Procession and Teysa, Orzhov Scion because those interactions are to great. Maw of the Obzedat seems alright however, my friend game me Phyrexian Altar which I think will be a great replacement. All I need is card draw.
