Have you considered Leonin Warleader instead of Hero of Bladehold ? Idk if it fits your deck better, I’m just curious to hear your opinions about it. Also, Divine Visitation would instantly make any tokens big threats.

Hello there. So I looked over the deck and I am finding a lack of consistency in your deck pertaining to your theme because from what it seems like, you have a lot of cards that do not fit in a token deck. Like the life-gain does not have a fitting role in your deck. You should possibly take Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and Gideon, Ally of Zendikar which would get some good tokens and such out and also would be able to make these tokens bigger. Do not worry so much about removal as well but if you cannot find any other cards to fit into the deck well, removal is good but that needs to be a last resort before anything else happens. Not enough lands as well, so start with 24 and probably keep it like that since this deck isn't running anything green to ramp up and I am not saying add green for that reason but green can pull off having less than 24 lands. Just thought I'd share my thoughts with you.
