Control the flow of battle, and let your opponents do the dirty work!

The goal of this deck is to control combat through Pramikon, Sky Rampart's ability to prevent the biggest threat at the table attacking us. To help with that, we have a good number of flicker cards such as Cloudshift or Eerie Interlude for some serious combat shifting shenanigans.

Otherwise, we have plenty of value focused creatures with ETB effects that we can abuse with those flicker effects if need be. If you can get Panharmonicon on the field, all of those ETB creatures get out of hand very quickly.

Want some politics pieces? Just cast cards like Benevolent Offering or Vow of Flight to give a "gift" to an opponent in need. Then watch them make enemies by attacking and taking down whomever we dictate!
