Attention: this deck is not legal because of the silver-bordered commander. All other cards are legal. I always check with the table before playing this deck (they haven't said no yet).

Ever since I saw Surgeon General Commander in Unsanctioned, I wanted to make a deck with it. When Ikoria finally brought mutate, I was stoked. This deck is fun. Mutate is actually quite powerful when you have all 5 colors.

Note that most of the ramp is non-human mana dorks which can be mutated onto.
