Primer additions —July 7, 2021

SO, because I have been itching to do it, in the next few days I will be adding a primer to the deck to break down what most of the spells here do and why they are included. Keep an eye out for it!

I'm confused as to what the Braid of Fire is used for since that mana goes away before the main pahse...

Firstly It let's me cast instants from Tibalt but mainly it is used in conjunction with Leyline Tyrant and if I add it Horizon Stone to bank the mana it generates.

SturWulf well I am glad you are taking inspiration from my list! I tend to add odd interactions like that in most of my lists since people both underestimate and ignore them.

KITTYMANHunkGTI while my list is very expensive, a large part of the budget comes from foil lands that I slowly have collected or cards I have opened from packs. I have a 2 pack rule per set. I only open 2 packs. I managed to get a mana crypt from mystery booster. But regardless of my luck the list can and does function very well with more budget cards. You just need to add more mana rocks and more card draw spells like Sign in Blood .

KITTYMANHunkGTI actually if you remove JUST the cards in the $20-$100 category then the deck's value lowers $574.22 (TCG mid). And that's ignoring getting non-foils. Which would lower the value even further. Though my deck isn't the end-all-be-all for Tibalt lists.
