Looking to mix the "battle-cruiser" feel of decks I built when I first started playing EDH with the deck building mindset I've developed from years of Modern play. It is part aristocrats, part control, totally Grixis.

I know it seems strange to play a cruel control deck without Cruel Ultimatum. I don't believe ultimatum is good enough when it can only target one of my opponents.
I am slowly working to foil this deck out, but there are certain cards I will likely never own in foil. Primarily Force of Will and Vampiric Tutor
