I cooked up a list focused on Thousand Year Storm when I was drunk and discovered it was not actually a good list XD I hesitated to include Phoenix because I didnt want to just create Another Phoenix List, but had to bite the bullet. Now I've blended elements of Izzet Phoenix into my original TYS deck. I mainly play EDH exclusively, and I have little to no experience with this format.
