This is a simple deck in design, you burn your opponent by making him draw cards.

I tried a lot of different fancy cards but for consistency I came back to something more basic and more consistent.

Concerning Mulligan, you need one Swamp at least and either a Black Vise + some card draw Sign in Blood for example to keep them up in cards and let Black Vise do its damage OR a Dark Ritual + Underworld Dreams .

Generally, if you get those kind of hands you can win by turn 4 or 5 (6 if you are unlucky).

I will also mention Reforge the Soul which has crazy synergy with both of our damage dealers Underworld Dreams and Black Vise .

It is very funny to burn people through another mechanic than classic burn spells and see their face when you take a Reforge the Soul out.
