Maybeboard

Abuses Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry . But has another hidden win-con in the Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage Combo. Dimir Infiltrator can transmute to go get missing combo pieces. Windwright Mage is usually flying life-linked chump blocker. Sharding Sphinx is another nice alt-wincon with synergy, Everything else is in there for ramp or fun.

I am considering a small change to the land base of the deck. With the introduction of this card, Thespian's Stage, there can be a new dynamic in the deck. This card acts as another Vampire Hexmage in that it can become a copy of Dark Depths. This would make you sacrifice the original card and keep the second new Dark Depths,This is really a Thespian's Stage land clone card. But it becomes a copy of the original land but does not acquire all of the ice counters. This means you have to immediately sacrifice it as well and put into play a legendary 20/20 black Avatar creature token with flying and indestructible named Marit Lage. Thus getting around the need to remove all the ice counters. On top of that, the stage can clone any land at all as a fast effect. This allows you to duplicate an opponent's land if you need for whatever reason. Or can find a color of mana you need from any land already on the field. It is a little slower than other ways of doing this, but the ability comes on a land. And it does not even lose being a mana source. Albeit it is colorless mana.

I have put 2 cards in the maybeboard in case people are interested in how to go infinite with the deck besides it's other win conditions. Credit goes to quakenbake for suggesting Grand Architect. This card lets you tap those thopters you make for 2 colorless mana, which lets you produce more thopters to also tap for more colorless mana. Extremely nice card that even acts as a lord for your little thopters. Krark-Clan Ironworks works in a similar fashion, letting you sacrifice a thopter to get 2 colorless, then sacrifice your Sword of the Meek to your foundry and do it all over again.

RoarMaster has more good suggestions as well. Use Ashnod's Altar instead of Krark-Clan Ironworks as a strictly better card for it's lower mana cost. Even though you can sacrifice any artifact to the ironworks and only creatures to the altar. And his other suggestion, Time Sieve, lets you take infinite turns as long as you can produce 5 thopters per turn!
