I really like the idea of doing a somewhat aggressive deck around Hope of Ghirapur as your commander. Kind of like the Isamaru, Hound of Konda decks, commander can drop on turn 1, but this one is evasive. Compliment with lots of card draw, some ramp and search effects, and some decent equipment. Round it out with a few alternate win conditions in case the game goes long: Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, Kozilek, the Great Distortion, Walker of the Wastes . Threw in a few infinite combos (primarily for mana).
