Mana Ramp like crazy for every Dual Land available. With the best Sliver General out there I can search for the best of the best slivers in just a few turns into the game.

Dormant Sliver To draw a crap load of cards

Amoeboid Changeling, Wings of Velis Vel , and Shields of Velis Vel to steal tons of creatures with Sliver Overlord, then Hivestone to keep them awesome :D

Take out threats before they happen with Seek and Mana Drain

Cyclonic Rift because its Cyclonic Rift.

Tooth and Nail for an amazing amount of options, especially for Damia, Sage of Stone.

Demonic Tutor for other important cards like Training Grounds, Patriarch's Bidding, Last Stand , or even Damia.
