Unblockable creatures to steal your opponent's best cards while milling their deck

Thief of Sanity, equipped with Aqueous Form/Aether Tunnel makes an unblockable creature with - once per turn do damage, steal a card and mill 2.

Dimir Cutpurse, equipped to be unblockable, does damage, has your opponent discarding cards and gives you extra card draws.

Mindcrank then causes your opponent to mill for any damage received, while Circu, Dimir Lobotomist allows you to steal even more cards.

Steal your opponent's deck with your attacking creatures and play their own cards against them (with Circu, Dimir Lobotomist effectively banning a number of cards that you can't steal or mill) then, as an alternative win-condition, hit them with a few Glimpse the Unthinkable for mega-mill, or use Ashiok, Dream Render (which rather counter-intuitively, I have brought in to replace Mind Funeral and prevent my opponent from playing cards from the graveyard) to mill and keep your opponent's graveyard empty.
