This wants to be a budget list, with a max single price at ~35$ and a target budget of ~500. Or at least it was at time of creation, something in there is spiking or also the maybeboard is counted.
The win is achieved via Mechanized Production or Revel in Riches and a Treasure overload!
To hoard treasures there are the following setups:
- Dockside Extortionist, one card combo!!
- Mechanized Production itself can produce tokens
- There is also a small sacrifice theme for treasures with Ruthless Knave
- Revel in Riches encourages you to kill opponent creatures, but we can't rely on them having, just in case we run Fiery Cannonade for mana dorks and Fire Covenant for whateverelse
REMOVED because not enough piracy:

Absolutely forbidden in the deck is the presence of:

- Angels, Demons or in general beings with too much of an opinion about what is right and what is wrong
- Tax collectors, taxes, inflation and diminishing returns, a pirate likes his/her wealth in gold, jewels or other serious store of value, no state printed papers!
