Nobody expects to be hugged by a 7/7 Flying Dragon. So I wanted to play a bunch of group-hug cards with a commander that most players would go aggro, group-slug, or dragon-tribal.

I also wanted to use some of the discard focused cards from M20. So I threw in a wheel-package.
